Workout (2/4)

So, I stepped on the scale today, since I have not been working out. Now, I have been watching what I have been eating. And I lost 3 lbs. Isn't that awesome. So, if you cannot make the time to workout, see if you can watch what you eat. It made a difference for me, and it made a difference for Roxanne (scrapbooking), and just maybe it will make a difference for you. When I checked out the Sunday ads, I noticed that Target had The Biggest Loser scale on sale for $25--that's a great bargain. Since I have an older type scale, I am going to try to pick one up.
