Workout (2/3)
It's Wednesday! Half of the week is done- work week that is. I hope all of you are getting your exercise in. I am determined to make it to the Y today. No appts. --nothing. Just me and the Y. Did my workouts today. I did miss Tues workout that I really enjoy. Yes there are some workouts that I like better than others.
ReplyDeleteIt's ok if you missed today. You have been really good about getting your workouts in. I know that you said that you wanted to maintain, but with the number of workouts that you do, I wouldn't be surprised if you lost weight or at least inches.
