Workout (2/12)

So, it is finally Friday. Are you taking the 21 day challenge? If so, did you get your workouts in? I still have 1 more to fit in--it will have to be later on.
Have you been eating healthier? Something as simple as watching what you eat can make a big difference. I will talk to you tomorrow (last day in this week to get the workouts in for the challenge).

  2. Did 2 work outs this week (yoga)- only went out to eat once and had salad :-) - weighed in this morning lost 2 pounds - Roxanne

  3. Nice job Monica and Nice job Roxanne. I unfortunately did not get my workout in. So, that only leaves tomorrow morning. I need to get it in because I do want to do this challenge. Therapy did not go good again today--that's why I didn't go.

  4. Got my 3rd workout in for the week. Deborah, go to the pool tomorrow. That's an order. You'll feel much better! I squeezed them in with my crazy week, I know you can.

  5. Yes madam. I will go to the pool tomorrow, and I know that it will make me feel so much better. Sometimes therapy gets me so down to the point that all I want to do is cry and take a nap. So, I cancelled Monday's appt. I'll show them, they won't take away my "pool" time. Right? Right!
