Workout (1/29)

How is everybody today? Did you workout--or did you eat less? Remember every little bit counts. And it is Friday!!!! The end of a long work week. Those of you that got all of your workouts in Congrats! I am taking the day off-my schedule is too full, but I will go tomorrow. So, I'll go for now, but I will be checking the comments. I'll talk to you tomorrow. See ya.

  1. Only did one work-out Fri morning, and being so busy that I didn't eat very healthy. Not keeping healthier foods in easy reach doesn't help. I keep a daily journal of how many of each food goup I consume including desserts, and especially water. Need at least 8 cups of water daily to help with weight loss.

  2. Monica--good job working out. Remember small steps. It's ok that you didn't eat healthy--tomorrow is another day--right? RIGHT! So, if you drank more water today than you did yesterday, then I say you are doing your part in trying to eat healthy. I am very proud of you for working out today--I didn't fit my workout in and I could have. Have a great day.

  4. No work out today, I had to go help out at a different facility. The manager took me to Olive Garden for lunch and I got the soup and salad, instead of my favorite Chicken Marsala. That's good right?

  5. Roxanne-way to workout for 45 minutes. That is such a hugh accomplishment.
    Roxanne S.- I went to Olive Garden too. But I was not as good as you. I got the Tour of Italy plus I ate the salad and breadsticks-And I didn't work out. I feel sore and blah.
