So, it is the beginning of the month. How did you do this past week? I was stumbling this week. I didn't workout as much as I normally do, and the scale showed it. It is that time (and I don't know if that is the reason), but I didn't lose any weight. I didn't gain either. So, I will stay the same---it is better than gaining.

Stayed the same too, and I think I know why, so am hoping to lose 1-2 lbs by next week.
