Workout (3/5)

It's Friday--last day of the work week. How are you doing with your exercises? Are you eating healthy? I had a chance to do my stepper yesterday, while my sister did her exercises.
The challenge is almost over, do you think that you have formed a new habit? I think once this challenge is over I will have. I think the challenge is a good idea, and I think I will start a new challenge once this one is done.
So, have fun, and I will talk to you tomorrow.

  1. Did my workouts. It's a good idea to do challenges, because, as you know, it's soooo easy to slip out of the exercise/eating healthier routine.
