Workout (3/24)
It's Wednesday--has anyone worked out. I need to finish my week strong. I have really been slacking this week. Imagine that --- the last week. Anyway, I hope you are doing better than I am. I have been doing a lot of work around the house --- climbing stairs. I am exhausted. Well, I will go for now. I will talk to you tomorrow. Good Luck.

Seems like you've been working out, it's just not exercise routine. You've been going up and down the stairs as well as lifting boxes. When lifting and putting down boxes, be sure to do squats as you lift up/put down a box by keeping your legs spread and feet at a 90 deg angle and you'll feel your inner thighs working out. Not really sure how your balance would be with the box in your arms.
